Where do I even start. My favorite memory of my sister is the life we've shared together as twin sisters. Our life’s journey as sisters brings tears to my eyes. To see her growth through life has been amazing. I’ve had the pleasure of sharing a womb with her (Shout out to our parents!!) & we have never been apart. From our childhood birthday celebrations, to dressing alike until the age of 17 (lol), college life, going through life’s trials, & facing the real world, Dariaun has been such a guiding light in my life. Some of my favorite memories with my sister were when we shared a room together as kids, playing with our Barbie dolls for hours, talking to each other in our sleep (CREEPY, RIGHT?), & how we've always had each other when it came to experiencing new places together. I am beyond honored to stand beside her and be her maid of honor! I am so happy for Darrius and Dariaun! May God bless your union! Cheers To the POSTELL’s!!

My favorite memory with Darrius is us walking to elementary school and dropping all the cupcakes on the ground only to put them back on the tray and sell them at the bake sale lmao

I have quite a few favorite memories to pick from through the years, but this one particular memory reminds me of how young and broke we were back in college LOL. Dariaun, Daria, and I went to Golden Corral with tupperware hidden in our purses. We were filling those bad boys up with leftovers, when a nosey lady caught us and went to snitch! First all, why was she so concerned about what we were doing? We heard the people from her table saying they saw us filling up our containers, lmao! As soon as we spotted the waitress heading in our direction, all three of us bolted out the door with the cook yelling for us to comeback! LOL. We hopped in the car and peeled off like we stole something (if that's what you want to call it), I didn't eat at Golden Corral for years after that! We've had some hilarious and crazy times over the years, like how we almost burned the apartment down and the fire department having to show up, but i'll leave that memory for another day lmaooo. We have come a mighty long way! Love you girl!!!

One of my favorite memories of Darrius and I is when we took Niajee out before he got married to Nellie. Darrius and Niajee got into it, and somehow I got pinned up to my truck trying to keep them from killing each other, calling for help.

My favorite memory are all of them, this was a hard one to choose. Most of my core memories with Dariaun and I, are of us being on the dance team being stupid lol. Oh can’t forget the movie nights, those are memories I’ll cherish forever.

My favorite memory with Darrius was when we all went out to celebrate his birthday with Chris. We partied like crazy and had a safe time! Love young Diesel to life. My bro for sure!

My favorite memory of Dariaun was when we were actually the last ones at FAMU, when she was completing her Master's. From the late night shenanigans, to the daily texts throughout the day just checking on each other really meant a lot to me because we were the only ones left from the Bents. I'm truly honored and appreciate Dariaun for all of her love and support throughout the years! We have many stories to tell, but I won't spoil the fun of our memories. I love you forever and once again, congratulations!

My favorite memories of Darrius are anytime we talk music, and I realize he has a unhealthy and alarming loyalty to anything and everything Drake.

Couple years back I had a layover in Atlanta and Dariaun and I came to link up. I remember our turn up began the minute she walked into the hotel room. It was actually the first time she and I ever hung out just the two of us. We went out, vibed it out, and it was so special cause we had us a good ol time! Our time was so chill. It was such a last minute thing and Dariaun was down for the cause ( we stay ready so we never have to get ready). I don’t remember all the facts of the night… but hey, that’s a good night in itself! Blessed to have such an easy going bent bestie, you have literally always been there no matter the situation glowing with positivity, I appreciate you and love you, and am over immensely happy for you ❤️

Honestly, every memory that I have of Darrius is a fond memory. Although I myself tend to talk sh*t and joke a lot, deep down I consider myself to have a good heart and I’ll give you the shirt off my back; unequivocally, Darrius has those same traits (and that’s why I love bro). Listen, it’s two things I can guarantee when I’m around Darrius: 1. We gon laugh! & 2. We gon take a shot or two! #datzmydog

My favorite memories of Dariaun are watching her with Avery and Ryan. You came in and put your Auntie Cape on effortlessly and you all have been inseparable ever since. I actually think they like you more than me lol. Thank you for being a friend, and now a sister. Thank you for being the Thelma to my Louise. I love you and I am so honored to be present for the next chapter of your life.

My most memorable moment with Darrius is the first time he came to my house for my son’s 1st birthday. My wife and his fiancée are best friends, so we were bound to hang sooner or later. Of course we vibed and drank, but we had real conversations about our upbringings and what we valued as men. I noticed he had a lot of similarities. Darrius is a genuine person who stays positive despite the hiccups life sends our way, much like myself. We lost people, but try to make it happen regardless in their honor. Gots to! Always appreciated how bro shows support for my son, BJ . BJ knows that’s his uncle D aka “uncle Elroy” lol. Ever since that first bday we’ve been vibing ever since. Congratulations to the future Postells, wishing y'all nothing but prosperity. Ready for the future couple and family trips.

Our relationship has carried on into adulthood, which I am so thankful for. When I think of my favorite memories with Dariaun, I will always go back to those Pre-Katrina days. I remember my mom dropped me off at Dariaun's church one evening in Pigeon Town. Her parents brought me, Dariaun, and Daria to the JCC Sockhop! I know those outfits were interesting lol. We had a time though! Although our time as classmates were cut short due to Hurricane Katrina, our friendship remained solid throughout the years and I couldn't be happier to stand beside her on her special day.

I met Darrius through Niajee after work. We had drinks and the rest is history. My niece and Austin were classmates and one day at Lowe’s, Austin and Darrius were there to pull-up on Niajee and just like that our bond started and grew throughout the years.

Although we became adults together through the years, I had the opportunity to really know Dariaun as an individual during my last year of grad school at FAMU. We were roommates, and neither one of us had extra time to be playing games. Graduation was upon us. The times we did come up for air out of our books, I really enjoyed bonding with Dariaun as we prepared for another major transition in our lives. She was there for the highs and lows of that semester and was a major source of encouragement for me. Congrats girl! Love looks good on you!! I'm happy that you found your soulmate and life partner.
